1. What's the shelf life of puddings ?

ans : Normally shelf life of puddings is 7 days under chilled at 0-4 degree celsius after defrosting.

2. Could i receive parcel before 3pm ?

ans : We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (12 noon - 7pm), if designated time delivery is need, extra delivery fee is HKD250 per destination.

3. How could i defrost frozen pudding / coconut water ?
ans : storage in chiller in around 24 hours (refer below video for details)

4. What are the solid pieces on top of the puddings ?

ans : They are coconut oil. It forms when it's too cold, please press it gently and It will be melted into the coconut juice, also it could be melted when boiling.
